Review: New Horizons has been very Professional and accommodating from the first day I connected with Dewey. He was very thorough and made sure I understood the process and answered every question and made sure I had everything I needed to begin my PMP class.My instructor, Bonnie Cook was also very Professional and very well organized. She contacted me prior to the class to be sure I was set to go and made the actual class enjoyable. She has a wonderful personality and is extremely knowledgeable on the subject. She reviews all the test questions and allows time for you to respond if you are not clear on something. Bonnie also had a follow-up meeting with us just in case we had any other questions and was/is truly concerned about us. New Horizons and the team want you to succeed and it reflects with their actions. I was very impressed by everyone I worked with to make my class enjoyable and successful. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed and good luck on your endeavor!

Review: My coming to New Horizons Tampa Bay came as a surprise. I had been out of IT for years, focusing mostly on education and training. I was laid off my job on March 31 due to the pandemic. Managed to get on unemployment, and started looking for jobs.Saw an advertisement for training for people whose job was impacted by COVID-19 and filled out a form. Frank Sotomayor reached out quickly. Frank talked to me, getting details about my background and interests. Frank then explained the voucher program the state had and what I had to do.This conversation was on a Thursday. Over the next week I was in contact with CareerSource Pasco Hernando, updated my employ Florida profile, got accepted into the voucher program, received, signed and submitted the voucher, registered for class and signed the paperwork. Best of all New Horizons worked with me to have the voucher work for two classes instead of one.The customer service was great, really responsive, caring and supportive. From the begging to end, I have had the best customer experience with New Horizons than any other place I have studied or trained at (New Horizons is 6th after high school). Career services is also top notch.The classes while fast past cover very difficult material quickly. I am taking CompTIA network+ and security+. The teachers are knowledgeable and great teachers. Each class comes with virtual labs where a student gets to practice and apply what is being learned. New Horizon also provides all the resources to pass the certification exams and get to use them. I cannot recommend New Horizons enough.
