Review: Horrible! I was told to show up today February 19th on Presidents’ Day at 10AM for an interview with Koah Gibson. Prior from today I had called her multiple times and had left multiple voicemails saying that I was being take care of at the CareerSource in Downtown Hialeah. No response at all from her. They made me show up today and waste my time and gas. I’m currently unemployed so this was an incredible waste of time and resources. Very unprofessional!!

Review: I have been calling for weeks someone named Arismandy and nothing. Finally, when someone reaches out from the Academy yesterday, telling me that someone would call me today… There was a troubleshooting problem with my phone and e-mail in which I did accept the invitation (yesterday), on my phone but in my email there was no email with instructions or directions or anything at all. So, I assumed that my meeting was via phone call. Maria the case worker did not called so I called her and with an attitude she said that she was expecting me and that I didn’t arrive. I’m confused and upset because if I would’ve know that the meeting was in person I would’ve been there so instead of her apologizing she gives me attitude and says she will see the calendar to see when she would be able to have me come in. Mind you all of this not assuming accountability nor apologizing and making me sound crazy irresponsible. The miscommunication between The Academy and Career Source is evident.

Review: It’s few good I dividials there wherever they put Spanish ppl somewhere it no longer available for Black can’t get assistance unless you wait until they finish with the Spanish immigrants. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone.
