Review: If I could give this place no stars I would! Yesterday my sister and I both went here around 2:30 she is a mother of a newborn and I have a 1 year old, obviously we came here to get direction and assistance to continue our education to better our futures with our children. Well we walked in to a extremely uncompassionate and rude women that was working the desk whom did not even speak to us at first and then said what do you want and that we had to come back during “Child Friendly Hours” which was in 25 minutes. It makes me never want to return here and makes me wonder what this place is for if they aren’t encouraging and compassionate about helping people’s future.Tip: hire courteous employees that actually would like to help people and not someone who looks miserable working and completely rude. Their are MANY people who would happily work her position.

Review: Frustrating, system was bogged down, didn’t transfer my info of resume correctly, had to manually correct each entry. People were nice, but this could have been done in Tallahassee or via a zoom event.
