Review: I’m only giving this a five star rating because of Kalliope. Kalliope is very attentive and very helpful. She knows and does her job well. Unfortunately the black lady and the other lady with dark hair that speaks with an accent don’t know anything and aren’t helpful. I needed a print out badly because I’m getting help from an organization because I lost my job because of the hurricane. The dark haired lady told me I can’t get one for a ridiculous reason. If I would have listened to her I wouldn’t of been able to get help. I knew to try Kalliope’s office and ask her. Of course I could get a printout proving I’m getting unemployment. The other lady ridiculously told me I can’t get a printout for that. If I would listen to her I would have been in trouble. We spent many weeks going back and forth there to sign in. Kalliope knows how to do it all thank goodness. She guide you and it’s very easy to understand. The black lady always said she doesn’t know when we asked her many questions about helping us with logging and doing the unemployment website hey be my angels and tries to get us out telling us you know it closes in 45 minutes you know it closes in 40 minutes every 5 minutes cuz she’s dying to get out of there. Thank God for Kalliope.
