Review: Be very selective about the professors you choose for your classes, as EFSC has a serious problem with allowing bad or underperforming professors to continue teaching. The entrance process is incredibly slow and painful, be prepared to bring a litany of paperwork (I had to come back twice because they needed so many obscure documents for the Florida resident discount).Academic advising is a bit of a joke, it seems like most of them don’t know much more than the students do. Be absolutely certain to assess how many credits you need to graduate and how many classes you’ll need to take per semester. My academic advisor miscalculated and I foolishly didn’t double-check, so I ended up having my graduation delayed.The campus is nice, although some parts could be a little cleaner. Provided you have a good instructor, many of the courses here are enriching and informative. Plenty of online options as well. This is a pretty decent college to get a comparatively inexpensive AA or AS degree before transferring to a bigger more expensive university.
