Review: Getting a refresher on the course load has been wonderful. The classes are easy to follow and the teachers respond when you have questions. Can you imagine a better self paced option? I can’t. I have enrolled in numerous coding classes and I just began the cybersercurity course as well. It’s so important to know how to protect your assets online these days.

Review: Reviews feel fake (Two accounts were made at the same time with no name other than “Google user”) They used to go by the name Hackeru before changing it to Thrivedx, Hackeru used to get a lot of bad publicity for their mediocre training and lack of support. Courses they teach you can be simply looked up online and there are better ways to approach cyber security like getting certs from (ISC)2 for example or starting with CompTIA. Also the instructors don’t have degrees. For what your paying for, I rather put it towards collage than give it to people who are not certified to teach.

Review: Impossible to communicate with. I asked for some basic information (price and how it’s scheduled) to see if their programs would be a great fit for me. Got a response the next day, which was honestly faster than I expected. But it doesn’t matter how many times I reply to them, they continue to send form responses about “resending in case it got buried in your inbox” and “following up on my previous emails to see if you’re still interested” as if I never replied. I replied to every single email, but apparently nobody bothers to actually read the replies they ask for. If this his how they communicate with potential customers, I don’t even want to know how they communicate with people actually in their programs.
